Andrew loves Brianna | Southern Colorado Wedding Photographer

What an absolutely amazing full circle moment this day was for me!! These two girls right here, I babysat them when they were tiny little things. We spent summers trampoline jumping and swimming at their grandma’s pool. I didn’t yet know that I’d be a photographer, and yet I used up several disposable cameras taking pictures of the two of them. We’ve kept in touch through the beauty of social media, but I hadn’t seen them in person since I left for college back in 1998…don’t do the math…just leave it alone. So when Brianna reached out to see if I’d photograph her wedding, I was so overjoyed.
That cutie pie Little Miss above is Bri’s niece, and she’s such a little love.

Bri’s gown was so, so gorgeous, and I love that she had her grandpa’s star sewn on her garter.I didn’t meet Andrew until the wedding, but I can tell you he is such a kind soul. It was an honor for me to see how much you love your girl.Their wedding day was INCREDIBLY windy. Like it was difficult to walk in a straight line, windy, so we used indoor spaces for their photos and I said a prayer we’d have at least a few minutes outside before sunset. I kind of love this photo, especially. That car through the window is the Rolls Royce they used for the day.I about squealed post ceremony when I realized the wind had calmed and we had 15 minutes to sunset! Gosh you guys are adorable.Bri, you’re such a beauty.
He thinks so too.How fun is that cake topper!? Ha! And I love that they used this globe as their guest book!I hardly ever use father-daughter dance photos in my blog posts, but I had to share this one. Bri’s dad fell and broke his back the Monday before her wedding. He was in a lot of pain, I’m sure, but this moment that seemed so iffy earlier in the week was incredibly sweet. Such a fun night!

Bri and Andrew, what an incredible honor it was for me to be a part of your wedding day!! Love and blessings to you both!
