In case you don’t know, Beaver Creek is the most beautiful little town in the summertime! I think I may love it more in the summer than in the winter, and that’s saying something! Lauren reached out to see if I could do a session for them at her parents property, and I jumped at the chance! Any excuse to run up to the mountains sounds good to me! And throw in seeing a sweet friend? Absolutely!! Here are some of my favorites from their session.
Because I know how unpredictable Colorado mountain traffic can be, I left myself plenty of travel time and ended up arriving a little early, which worked out great because I was able to take time to grab some candid and unplanned shots while everyone finished getting ready.
This little miss was born at the beginning of the pandemic and so she missed having a newborn session, so we made sure to take lots of time to highlight all of her adorableness during this session.
It’s the cheeks for me.
If you want a fun, happy photo session with toddlers, then playing is the name of the game!

I cannot even begin to explain to you how gorgeous the light was on this hillside. Like MAGIC, I tell you! If only I could bottle it up!!
