Most girls today have a wedding Pinterest board started before they’re ever engaged. They’re just dreams of course. The shoe box with wedding dress clippings and color palettes, all online. With Tori’s friends and family, her Pinterest mountain wedding board came to life before her eyes with succulents, and robins egg blue dresses, and perfectly penned chalkboard signs. And all of this was a beautiful backdrop as she and Ron vowed their love for one another.

Tori’s family rented this gorgeous mountain home for the girls to get ready in.

How cute are these succulents in mini tree trunks? They were one of the coolest favors I’ve seen yet!All the girls! I caught this little miss twirling and watching her reflection in the fireplace while the bridesmaids were dressing. Every girl knows the best dresses have to pass the Twirl Test.Then we all headed over to The Pines at Genesee so Tori could get her gown on.Isn’t Tori’s nephew a doll!?Hi Ron!!First look!! Ron’s a pretty smooth cookie, but he was a whole bundle of nerves waiting for Tori. Look at his smile at the sight of her! Don’t these feel a little bit like a fairytale?I loved Tori’s bouquet! And this sign too!

So, it had rained ALLLL morning. Thankfully, it cleared in plenty of time for the ceremony and pictures and stayed gorgeous for most of the day, but about a third of the way through their family portraits a storm decided to come through fast. This photo is completely candid as everyone raced for the reception hall, but I totally love it! And don’t worry, we still got all of their family photos completed as soon as the storm moved out.
Tori, you were such a stunning bride! Party time! And party they did! This reception was a BLAST!! Congratulations Ron & Tori!!

Ron & Tori | In their own words…

How did the two of you meet?
We met through an iPhone app that allows you to talk to random people around the world. We instantly hit it off and started Skyping a week after we met. From there we kept Skyping every night (really until Ron moved to Colorado). I was living in TN at the time and he was in PA. The first time we met in person, I actually surprised Ron in PA. We went to a diner and talked until 2 AM. The next day, we went to the Hershey Museum and hung out until I had to drive back to TN. We were long distance for a little over a year before he moved here.

What was your favorite memory from your wedding day?
Our favorite memory was after the service, we had like 5 minutes to ourselves before we went to do pictures where we got to talk and decompress from everything that just happened.

Funniest memory from your day?
All of the dancing. The special dances were fun and just having fun on the dance floor with all of our family and friends.

If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
We wouldn’t change anything from the day!

Any advice for future brides and grooms?
Try not to be stressed the day of and let whatever happens happen.

Tell me about your honeymoon.
We went to Punta Cana! It was a new all inclusive resort and there was hardly anyone there! We had a nice swim out pool from our room. We were so busy and stressed in the months leading up to the wedding, we were excited to have 8 days where we didn’t have to do anything or be anywhere. One of the highlights was a Sunshine Cruise where we got to go out on a boat and go snorkeling and have drinks while swimming on a sandbar.
