Harper and her sweet parents came to see me a few weeks ago…all you baby loving friends are just going to adore this beauty of a girl!! Get ready!!

She was SO awake when she first arrived to meet me, and I absolutely loved all of her beautiful, brand-new eye contact!

Whenever we have babies who are wide awake….okay…most sessions, when there’s time when babies are wide awake….As long as they’re fed and dry and happy, I like to give them time to get there wiggles out. This helps them sleep harder and pose easier once they do fall asleep. SO worth the bit of time we wait. And it lets me get these adorable photos of your baby’s beautiful away face that at two weeks old, you haven’t seen very much!

And even though it can sometimes take a little while, when they are able to wiggle out their energy, they always end up sleeping for me! SO worth the wait!!
